We are looking for a results-driven Recruiter (HR Analyst) . The primary focus of this role is talent sourcing, recruitment, and selection. The Recruiter will own the hiring process end-to-end while also supporting other HR functions such as onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. This role requires strong experience in identifying, attracting, and assessing top talent, as well as the flexibility to contribute across wider HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from job design, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.

  • Develop and maintain effective talent pipelines using job boards, referrals, and other sourcing strategies.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic recruitment support.

  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, metrics, and reports for management.

  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Onboarding & HR Operations

  • Coordinate seamless onboarding for new hires, ensuring timely documentation, orientation, and integration.

  • Maintain and update employee records in line with HR policies and statutory requirements.

  • Support payroll data preparation with accurate employee information.

Performance & Employee Engagement

  • Assist in the administration of performance management cycles.

  • Support HR Partner in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.

  • Provide first-line HR support to employees, responding to queries and escalating when necessary.

Learning & Development

  • Support the identification of training needs and assist in planning learning interventions.

  • Track participation and feedback on training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2–4 years' experience in recruitment and HR operations, with proven expertise in talent sourcing.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to manage data, reports, and recruitment metrics.

  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.

  • • Proficiency in Mac OS: Pages, Keynotes, Numbers
