Your role
: Financial Advisor

You will report to: Team Lead

Job Summary: The role involves assessing clients financial needs, recommending appropriate life insurance and savings products, and building longterm relationships based on trust and financial security. You will also play a key role in promoting the company's products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service through personalized financial planning and continuous client support.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Prospects for new customers for life business through direct sales, brokers etc and maximize lead generation.

Ensures timely follow-through and healthy closure rate of leads.

Adheres to the expected level of due diligence, internal policies and KYC norms while opening new

accounts.

Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.

Closely liaise with the technical team to provide timely and competitive quotes.

Establishes and maintains effective relationships with clients and maintains a high level of customer service.

Provide required reports as and when required.

Your Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, HND/OND

0 to 1years of relevant experience in Sales Management

Insurance industry experience is an added advantage
