We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Patrol Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Security and Investigations industry. This pivotal role requires an individual with extensive experience in security operations and a proven track record of effective team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily patrol operations to ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify security vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee the activities and performance of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Develop and implement effective patrol strategies and schedules to maximize coverage and response times.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as required.
• Deliver training sessions to security staff on safety practices, emergency procedures, and situation handling.
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation regarding patrol activities, incidents, and team performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security or law enforcement field.
• Strong understanding of security systems, protocols, and best practices in the industry.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to remain calm and make critical decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with incident investigation procedures and reporting standards.
• Ability to recruit, train and deploy security personnel.
