Frasers Hospitality is looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team at Fraser Suites, Abuja. As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences within our hotel's kitchen. Supporting the Chef de Partie and wider kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes while ensuring consistency and adherence to food safety standards. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork, standards, and guest experience.

What you will be doing as Chef de Partie…

• Reflect the Frasers Hospitality philosophy by providing the highest quality of service to customers and employees, maintaining a positive attitude and team spirit.
• Produce high-quality food in a specified area, ensuring that junior cooks are competent to do the same.
• Coordinate restaurant and banquet food production, ensuring food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Assist section heads in training junior chefs and maintaining adequate raw products for daily food production.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of refrigerators, freezers, and general work areas.
  
  
• Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.
• Train and motivate junior staff, evaluate their performance, and suggest promotions or other actions to section heads.
• Ensure good team spirit and working atmosphere by setting a good example, giving clear instructions, and following up on results.

You have proven experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills. You are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for food and customer experience. You will enjoy working as part of an amazing team who all share the same passion – to create memories that our guests will remember. You have a hands-on attitude with attention to detail and experience in working in professional kitchens.
