Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Lagos. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Daily tasks include managing social media platforms, planning and publishing content, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and monitoring analytics to improve performance. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying updated on social media trends to ensure effective communication and brand representation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and understanding of analytics tools
  • Strong skills in Communication and Writing for diverse audiences and platforms
  • Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies tailored to various social media platforms, with strong technical skills.
  • Ability to stay updated with emerging social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, marketing, or related fields is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant discipline is preferred
