Zendwallet is expanding rapidly across Africa, enabling seamless crypto-to-fiat payments, P2P trading, and cross-border settlements for individuals and businesses.

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Rep / Sales Manager to join our growth team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Activate and onboard businesses to use Zend Wallet for payments & settlements

  • Drive user acquisition, volume growth & adoption

  • Execute offline activations, partnerships & community expansion

  • Manage escalations and provide real-time problem solving

  • Build relationships with SMEs, traders, logistics firms & cross-border operators

Requirements

  • Past experience working in FinTech or Crypto exchanges as a Sales Representative / Sales Manager (required)

  • Experience in crypto/Web3, P2P, FX, or remittances

  • Strong background in cross-border payments and Tech sales

  • Proven record in Sales, Business development, Onboarding, or Merchant Activation

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills

  • Critical thinker and fast problem solver

  • Self-motivated and target-driven

  • Should be able to speak and write in English and French.
