JOB DETAILS:

  • Drafting of and vetting proposed laws and legislations
  • May take charge of an out-station Chamber
  • Filing documents for prosecution of cases on behalf of the Service in all criminal proceedings
  • Supervising a number of officers;
  • Appearing for the Service in Courts
  • Assisting in collecting and analyzing data

Minimum Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B), BL (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Nigerian Law especially tax laws.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and management skills.
  • Expertise in risk assessment tools, methodologies, and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Professional Skills:

  • Certified Trial Advocate (CTA)
  • Certified Mediator (CM)
  • Certified Arbitrator (CA)
