We are seeking a seasoned Corporate & Commercial Legal Associate to join our team, someone who thrives on responsibility, takes pride in world-class work, and demonstrates genuine thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements (shareholders, joint venture, service, investment, and regulatory documents).

  • Provide legal advisory support on complex transactions, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance matters.

  • Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring timely, practical, and commercially viable advice.

  • Conduct legal due diligence and lead documentation on M&A and investment transactions.

  • Oversee company secretarial functions, filings, and corporate governance documentation.

  • Contribute to thought leadership through articles, presentations, and client updates.

  • Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the firm's culture of excellence.

Requirements

  • LL.B and B.L with a minimum of 5–6 years post-call experience in a reputable commercial law firm.

  • Proven depth in corporate and commercial law, with demonstrable experience handling major transactions.

  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong communication and advisory confidence, able to engage directly with clients and senior executives.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and consistency.

  • A team player with leadership potential and a commitment to long-term professional growth.
