Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to maintain and optimize our IT systems, manage our CRM platform, and provide on-site technical support for projects. The ideal candidate will ensure all systems are updated, operational, and efficiently supporting both our marketing team and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all company systems are regularly updated and functioning optimally
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and implement necessary updates
  • Manage hardware and software inventory
  • Oversee the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Provide on-site IT support during project execution
  • Organize and set up technical equipment and systems for projects

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) are an advantage

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Experience in project-based IT support is preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems
  • Proficiency in networking, hardware troubleshooting, and system updates
  • Experience with CRM systems and data reporting

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel to project sites when required
