We're Hiring — Sales & Marketing (FMCG Focus)

Location: Nigeria (Hybrid/Remote)

Role Type: Fulltime

About SparkBorders

At SparkBorders we are consumer food business focused in building Africa's digital platform to power trade and investment in the Agricultural sector.

We do this by connecting businesses to verified partners either locally and internationally by simplifying cross-border transactions, logistics, and creating an system where trade, payments,logistics and investment flow sealeslly.

As we expand our reach and growing, we're searching for passionate sales people who understand how to bridge the gap between manufacturing production companies to their supply chain.

Position: Sales & Marketing (FMCG Sector)

We're looking for individuals who know how to coonect cassava flour users and starch to their suppliers. You will help us find the market, build relationship with them.

You're a great fit if you:

Understand the Agricultural market in Nigeria.

Have experience in sales, marketing, or product distribution

Know how to communicate with manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and SMEs

Can pitch value clearly and professionally

Are proactive, ambitious, and excited to be part of a fast-growing startup

Love networking and building strategic relationships

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard consumer brands, distributors, and retailers into the SparkBorders ecosystem

Drive awareness and adoption of SparkBorders tools and services

Support sales campaigns and partnership activities

Develop and execute market penetration strategies

Work closely with the operations team to improve customer experience

Contribute to the growth of Spark Borders .

Preferred Skills:

Strong understanding of FMCG trade & distribution channels

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of digital marketing (bonus)

Ability to work independently and within a team

High level of professionalism and integrity
