Role Description

We're looking for a highly organized, detailed and proactive Programs Manager to oversee and coordinate our coding and innovation programs. This role serves as the vital link between instructors, students, and parents, ensuring clear communication, timely reminders, and smooth program delivery.

This is a full-time remote position for a Programs Manager at Kishron Innovation Hub. The Programs Manager will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of our educational programs, particularly our coding and innovation classes for children. This role involves managing communication between the organization and parents, students, and instructors, ensuring class schedules, reminders, progress updates, and feedback are effectively and promptly delivered.

Key responsibilities include:


• Reminding instructors of their scheduled classes and ensuring punctuality


• Communicating regularly with parents, students about class times, student progress, and feedback


• Logging attendance for every session and ensuring reports and recordings are accurately tracked


• Ensuring every class has the right structure, follow-up, and feedback loop for effectiveness


• Managing the course timelines, content appearance, and general program coordination


• Supporting instructors to stay aligned with class objectives and student needs

This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive in communication, and passionate about educational impact.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in program management, strategic planning, or project coordination
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with instructors, parents, and internal teams
  • Comfortable overseeing the structure and daily flow of educational programs
  • Skilled in tracking class performance, logging attendance, and managing reports
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, email platforms, and basic learning systems
  • Ability to manage multiple communication threads and respond promptly to inquiries
  • Experience in education, curriculum coordination, or children's programming is a plus
  • Passion for innovation, structure, and creating meaningful learning experiences
