DIGITAL GROWTH STRATEGIST — JOB DESCRIPTION
Work Mode: Hybrid
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Location: Abijo, Lekki–Epe Expressway
ROLE SUMMARY
This is a full end-to-end growth role.
You will plan, execute, manage, and optimize all digital growth activities for Urban Crescent's three brands.
You own SEM, SEO, Performance Max, Display, Retargeting, YouTube Ads, Analytics, Landing Pages, and Growth Reporting.
You are the engine behind website traffic, lead generation, and conversion growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- SEM
Plan and run all Google Search campaigns.
Handle keyword strategy, match types, bidding, CPC control, and Quality Score.
Build and maintain negative keyword lists.
Monitor conversions daily and optimize performance weekly.
- SEO
You manage the entire SEO structure:
On-Page SEO
Optimize page titles, metadata, headers, and internal linking.
Ensure all pages meet SEO best practices.
Technical SEO
Monitor site speed, mobile usability, indexing, and crawl health.
Fix basic SEO technical issues or coordinate fixes.
Keyword Strategy
Build keyword maps for all brands.
Drive content direction using keyword insights.
SEO Reporting
Track ranking progress, organic traffic, and conversions.
- Performance Max Campaigns
Build and manage PMax campaigns end-to-end.
Optimize audience signals, creative assets, and conversion paths.
Manage budgets and improve ROI.
- Display & Retargeting Ads
Set up and manage retargeting for website visitors and social audiences.
Run Display campaigns across all product categories.
Reduce dropped-intent and increase returning traffic.
- YouTube Ads
Launch and optimize YouTube Shorts and in-stream campaigns.
Monitor engagement, view-through rates, and conversions.
Work with the content/video team for creatives.
- Analytics, Data & Tracking
You own the entire data setup:
Full GA4 and Tag Manager configuration.
Create events, conversions, and tracking tags.
Build dashboards for weekly and monthly reporting.
Present insights and clear action points.
- Landing Page Optimization
Review pages weekly for conversion improvements.
Recommend changes to copy, layout, images, and CTAs.
Run A/B tests and monitor results.
- Campaign Operations
Maintain campaign calendars.
Prepare briefs for graphics and video assets.
Ensure campaigns launch on time.
Document all campaign learnings and actions.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years managing SEM, SEO, and paid ads.
Advanced skills in Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube).
Strong SEO knowledge: technical, on-page, and keyword strategy.
Proficiency in GA4, Tag Manager, tracking pixels, and dashboards.
Ability to analyze data and recommend clear actions.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Able to work hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
