Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Representative role located in Asaba. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new clients, promoting and selling farming products, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The Technical Sales Representative will provide technical training to clients on product use, offer tailored advice for their agricultural needs, and assure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and support. This role also involves achieving sales targets and providing feedback for product improvement.

This is a full-time, entry-level on-site role for a Technical Sales Representative based in Abuja. The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling agricultural products and services to clients, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and providing guidance on products and their applications. Additionally, the role involves offering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. The representative will also evaluate customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Technical Sales and Sales, with the ability to meet or exceed targets

• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships

• Proven problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for understanding agricultural products

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Accounting, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage

• Experience in the agricultural industry and a passion for farming is preferred

• Ability to work independently
