Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Marketer located in Lekki. The Real Estate Marketer will be responsible for promoting properties, generating leads, conducting market research, advertising, and communicating effectively with clients. The role also involves organizing property viewings, preparing marketing materials, and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Marketing, Advertising, and Digital Marketing
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze market trends
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Effective Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
  • Proficiency in preparing Marketing Materials and organizing Property Viewings
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
