Job description

Under the overall supervision of the Country Office Head of RAM, the selected staff will be responsible for providing technical support to strengthen the Nigeria Country Office's monitoring systems through the following key activities:

  • Conduct a comprehensive review of the existing process monitoring system, including current monitoring tools and data flow processes.

  • Review the risk-based monitoring tools, monitoring plans, and escalation system to identify gaps and areas for improvement. This may include a field visit to the Area Office and Sub-Office.

  • Design and develop an automated central monitoring system that is linked to existing process monitoring tools on MoDA.

  • Conduct system testing to ensure full functionality, reliability, and compatibility with existing data management platforms.

  • Develop a process monitoring dashboard to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and facilitate real-time decision-making.

  • Facilitate a comprehensive training session for key monitoring staff at the Country Office, Area Office, and Sub-Office on the use and maintenance of the automated monitoring system.
