Project Manager (Construction)

Salary: ₦600,000 Net per Month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and control project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review contracts, scopes of work, and other project documentation.
  • Monitor project progress against milestones, ensuring safety, legal, and quality compliance.
  • Conduct site visits, manage change orders, risk assessments, and variations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of proven experience in construction project management.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and contract management practices.
