We're Hiring: Loan Officer
Are you confident, organized, and people-focused? We're looking for a Loan Officer who can manage loan disbursement, follow up with clients, and support recovery efforts when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
- Review loan applications and assess customer eligibility.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers regarding repayments.
- Manage overdue accounts and carry out recovery actions when required.
- Document and report all loan-related activities accurately.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Support loan portfolio health and meet recovery targets.
Requirements
- OND, HND or B.Sc. in any discipline.
- Experience in lending, loan monitoring, or recovery is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone and in person.
- Proficiency with Excel and other basic digital tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
