Job Summary

As the Senior Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment. You will diagnose faults, supervise junior technicians, and ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely across client facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and gas-related faults in kitchen and laundry machines

  • Conduct preventive maintenance and service checks at client sites

  • Supervise junior technicians and enforce safety and quality standards

  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams and prepare detailed service reports

Requirements

  • Technical Diploma, Trade Test Certificate, or equivalent qualification

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience maintaining commercial kitchen or laundry equipment

  • Strong knowledge of brands such as Unox, Electrolux, Tecnodom, etc.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and client communication skills
