Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inspection Officer located in Benin City. The Inspection Officer will be responsible for conducting property inspections, evaluating property conditions, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Key tasks include preparing detailed inspection reports, supervising maintenance or repair needs, liaising with property stakeholders, and maintaining records of inspections. The role also involves providing support to clients in understanding property details and addressing their inquiries on-site.

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
  • Basic knowledge of local property laws, building codes, and maintenance standards
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with inspection documentation and reporting software is an advantage
  • Previous experience in property inspection or real estate is preferred but not mandatory
  • A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Engineering, or related fields is a plus
