Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Offshore Superintendent located in Port-Harcourt, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Offshore Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily offshore operations, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and managing project resources efficiently. Key tasks include coordinating with onshore teams, supervising offshore personnel, monitoring project progress, and maintaining detailed operational records.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing offshore operations and project resources
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in offshore environments
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using industrial automation and process safety tools and techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and manage remote work tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
