Role Overview

Customer Service Representative

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
• Maintain positive client relationships
• Support walk-in and online customer engagements

Sales Representative

• Promote property and investment products
• Generate leads and close sales
• Follow up with prospects and clients
• Meet assigned sales targets

Administrative Officer

• Provide general office and administrative support
• Manage documentation and records
• Assist with daily operational tasks

Requirements

• Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and result-oriented
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Prior experience is an added advantage but not compulsory
