Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Manager located in Abuja. The Administrative/ Manager will oversee the daily operations of the office, manage administrative staff, ensure efficient office processes, and coordinate internal and external communications. Additionally, the role involves scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and supporting project-related administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in team leadership and staff management
- Knowledge in project management and resource planning
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in an administrative or managerial role is a plus
