JOB DETAILS:

  • Calibrate and clean machine to start a production cycle.
  • Control and adjust Machine speed.
  • Carry out proper maintenance of the machine and inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
  • Test operation of machines periodically.
  • Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
  • Frequently cross check out put from the machine and correct any detected error.
  • Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.
  • Maintain updated activities log.
  • Working knowledge of handling utilities like Generator, Boilers, Compressors, Chillers, Water Treatment Plant, Nimco 1L, Pakona, pet filling line (Blow Mold, Filler, Sleeve Machine and Shrink Machine )  is a must.
