Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor with strong leadership qualities and proven hospitality experience. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a team to deliver outstanding service. Experience in event coordination and a solid background in hotel F&B operations are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of restaurant, bar, and event service.
  • Coordinate and manage events to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor inventory, ensure accurate reporting, and control costs.
  • Uphold hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve service issues promptly.
  • Support management in achieving financial and operational goals.
  • Serve as a role model for the team, promoting professionalism and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of F&B supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Must be proficient in MICROS POS system and general F&B reporting.
  • Strong event management background.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
