Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site position in Ilaro. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include researching potential clients, conducting outreach, presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, and providing ongoing customer support. This role requires proactive engagement with customers and collaboration with internal teams to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey product benefits
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and develop strategies for business growth
  • Knowledge of ICT solutions, including ERP systems, Power Platform, and software development, is a plus
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in technology sales, consulting, or ICT-related industries is an advantage
