About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to manage our online presence and lead engaging digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high quality content, executing marketing strategies, and tracking performance across digital channels to increase engagement, brand visibility, and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, create, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, and stories) across all social media platforms.

  2. Develop and manage advertising campaigns across digital platforms (social media, display, and paid search) — from setup to performance tracking and reporting.

  3. Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent posting, timely updates, and active community engagement.

  4. Collaborate with the marketing and growth teams to align content and campaign strategies with user acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.

  5. Track and analyze campaign results and social media insights; prepare performance reports and recommend improvements to boost ROI.

  6. Oversee campaign operations, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and digital asset management.

  7. Work with cross-functional teams (product, analytics, and operations) to ensure campaigns align with broader company objectives.

  8. Maintain detailed documentation of campaign activities, results, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

  9. Ensure that all content and campaigns follow brand guidelines, tone of voice, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, English Language, Communications, or a related field.

  2. 2–3 years of experience creating and managing content for social media and digital campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.).

  3. Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)

  4. Strong understanding of analytics and advertising metrics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).

  5. Excellent content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.

  6. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a consistent brand voice.

  7. Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools are an added advantage.

  8. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-driven mindset.

  9. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and deliver under tight deadlines.
