Job Title: Customer Service/ Admin officer
Location: Oniru, Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Expectation: : ₦120,000/month
We are looking for a proactive and organized Customer Service/ Admin officer to support the operations of two growing lifestyle businesses under the same management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and capable of keeping daily operations running smoothly.
This is a flexible role, ideal for someone who can work independently and manage both administrative and customer-facing tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage inventory/stock across both businesses.
- Receive and process customer order calls and inquiries.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting.
- Provide operational support to ensure smooth business processes.
- Work approximately 3 days a week (not necessarily daily).
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
- Must be conversant with the use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and pay close attention to details.
- Previous experience in admin, retail operations, or customer service is an added advantage.
