Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lekki for a Social Media & Community Manager. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, planning and executing social media campaigns, and growing online engagement. The role also involves monitoring social platforms, analyzing performance metrics, building relationships with the community, and responding to inquiries and comments. The manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain the brand's voice and presence across all channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Social Media Management, including experience with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok
  • Strong Content Creation and Copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging and visually compelling posts
  • Community Engagement and Relationship-Building skills to foster genuine connections with the audience
  • Analytical skills for tracking engagement metrics, optimizing content, and developing data-driven strategies
  • Experience with Social Media Marketing tools and knowledge of digital trends
  • Proficiency in basic Graphic Design and Photo/Video Editing tools is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple platforms and campaigns effectively
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
