Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Assistant at Montessori International Group Of Schools (M.I.S) PH in Port Harcourt. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to Human Resources management, including HR management, HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), benefits administration, and training.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) management or School administration.
- Ability to conduct training sessions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software is a plus
- Relevant certification or degree in Human Resources or related field is NOT mandatory.
