Inda turns this chaos into decision-ready intelligence -trusted property reports, risk scores, and APIs that help buyers, banks, and developers make verified real estate decisions.If you've ever wanted to build something with massive impact, fast, this is it.Your RoleYou'll be responsible for owning the entire technical stack from product architecture to feature implementation and integrations and working directly with the founder to bring Inda's product roadmap to life.This is not a "just-code" role. You'll help shape how real estate data is verified and trusted across Africa.Core ResponsibilitiesLead full-stack development of Inda's web app (user and admin dashboards).Build and maintain our core modules:Property data ingestion & scraping engine (e.g., Jiji, PropertyPro).Report generation system (Instant, Deep Dive, Deeper Dive tiers).Admin & user dashboards with analytics, insights, and reports.API integrations for developers, agents, and institutional clients.Design and manage database architecture (MongoDB / PostgreSQL).Deploy and manage on AWS, Vercel, or preferred cloud platform.Implement scoring, automation, and AI-driven data summaries (OpenAI API).Collaborate directly with design (Figma) and product to ship weekly iterations.Set up scalable architecture for growth — modular, testable, and fast.Tech Stack (preferred but flexible)Frontend: / / Tailwind / TypeScriptBackend: / Express / Django (Python alternative acceptable)Database: MongoDB / PostgreSQLInfrastructure: AWS / Vercel / DigitalOceanIntegrations: OpenAI API / Zoho / Paystack / Google Maps APITools: GitHub, Postman, Notion, FigmaWhy Join IndaYou'll help shape how property is verified across Africa.Work directly with the founder — fast decisions, zero bureaucracy.Flexible structure: salary + performance bonuses or equity options.Build something investors, banks, and diaspora users already want.You won't be "just a developer" — you'll be a core builder of Inda's foundation.What We're Looking For3+ years experience in full-stack development (bonus if in startups).Proven ability to build and ship fast in lean environments.Strong understanding of data structures and API design.Experience with automation, scraping, or AI-powered systems is a plus.Hungry to own — not just execute.
