Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Retail Salesperson based in Abuja, with opportunities to work remotely on occasion. The Retail Salesperson will engage with customers, assist them in understanding and selecting insurance products, promote company offerings, meet sales targets, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining in-depth knowledge of products, providing personalized solutions, and building long-term relationships with clients. Additionally, the role requires clear communication, handling inquiries efficiently, and contributing to team goals through collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Strong Product Knowledge, with the ability to explain and recommend suitable insurance solutions
  • Proficiency in Retail Sales and Sales techniques to successfully meet and exceed targets
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address customer needs effectively
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A B.SC, HND, HD in Business, Marketing, Public Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an added advantage.
