Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate role located in Lagos. The Associate will be responsible for supporting client projects, conducting market research, analyzing data, creating detailed reports, and assisting in the development of strategies. Daily tasks will also include meeting with clients, coordinating with team members, and ensuring the timely delivery of services. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications

  • Excellent research, analytical, and data interpretation skills
  • Strong report writing and documentation abilities
  • Effective communication, presentation, and client interaction skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Experience in consulting, financial services, or professional services is a plus
