About the Role
We are looking for a smart, organized, and tech-savvy Sales Support Intern to assist our sales and operations team. This role is perfect for someone who has experience in customer service, customer support, IT support, admin operations, or general sales assistance, and wants to grow in the technology and cybersecurity space.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with day-to-day tasks and client follow-ups
Help prepare proposals, reports, presentations, and basic documentation
Assist with managing client inquiries and escalating issues to the right team
Maintain CRM records and update client information
Coordinate internal tasks between sales, operations, and technical teams
Support onboarding of new clients and track ongoing tasks
Help with basic research on cybersecurity products and industry trends
Attend meetings and take notes when required
Requirements
1-3 year experience in customer service, customer support, sales admin, IT support, or operations
Good communication and organization skills
Ability to follow processes and pay attention to detail
Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM is a plus)
Willingness to learn and grow in a tech environment
