Location: Abuja, Nigeria

Salary: 250k - 300k Monthly

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Associate Product Associate to drive product strategy, feature design, and end-to-end execution across digital platforms. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, ensuring products are both innovative and scalable. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop, refine, and execute product roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.

● Perform market and user research to identify new opportunities and guide product decisions.

● Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact features.

● Monitor product performance through KPIs and optimize for continuous improvement.

● Support the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and iteration.

Requirements

● Minimum of 3 years' experience in product management within the tech industry.

● Strong creative and UI/UX abilities, with an eye for product usability.

● Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks.

● Proficiency in AI-based tools and modern productivity software.

● Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
