Role Description

This is a volunteer remote role for a Business Development Manager. The responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining partnerships, and creating strategies for revenue generation and organizational expansion. The role also involves researching industry trends, preparing proposals, and collaborating with stakeholders to foster long-term development goals and sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnership Management
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Strategic Thinking, Analytical, and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Experience in Market Research, Proposal Writing, and Financial Planning is a plus
  • Passion for women's empowerment, social impact, and advocacy work
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and effectively manage time
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related fields preferred
