Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, innovative, and tech-savvy Content Creator to join our marketing team at cNGN. The ideal candidate must be experienced in graphic design, video content creation, and digital storytelling, with a solid grasp of the fintech and blockchain space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage high-quality visual and video content for social media, website, campaigns, and community engagement

  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and design teams to develop content aligned with cNGN's voice and strategic objectives

  • Design infographics, pitch decks, and promotional materials that communicate complex blockchain/fintech ideas in a simple, engaging way

  • Produce short-form and long-form video content including animations, reels, product explainers, and event highlights

  • Assist in scripting, editing, and post-production of video content

  • Ensure all visuals and videos maintain consistent branding and tone

  • Stay up-to-date with content trends in the web3, fintech, and digital currency sectors

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a content creator, graphic designer, or videographer

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) or equivalent

  • Strong storytelling, design, and editing skills

  • Understanding of web3/blockchain/fintech industry is a major advantage

  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment

  • Portfolio showcasing past design and video projects is required

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with motion graphics or 3D animation

  • Experience in community management or tech/startup marketing
