About the Role

You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing digital ad creatives and content that guide potential customers through an emotional journey — from awareness to understanding to purchase.

You'll collaborate directly with our Meta Ads Manager and Web Developer to ensure every touchpoint — ad, landing page, website, and social post — communicates a unified message and visual identity.

This role blends copywriting, visual design, and digital storytelling with a strong grasp of marketing psychology and AI creative tools.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Content Development

• Develop the brand's visual and verbal identity, including tone, style, and storytelling voice.
• Create compelling ad copy, captions, and taglines for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and website.
• Plan and produce short-form video ads and visuals that emotionally connect with our audience.
• Translate complex health and sleep concepts into clear, relatable messaging.
• Work closely with the Ads Manager to deliver high-performing ad creatives — and refine content based on performance data.

Design & Visual Content Creation

• Design ad graphics, web visuals, and digital campaign assets using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or AI design tools.
• Collaborate with the Web Developer to define website imagery, layout flow, and color palette that reflect the brand mood and customer journey.
• Use AI-based tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, Midjourney, D-ID, etc.) to generate or enhance video and visual content.
• Develop storyboards or scripts for TikTok-style videos or visual campaigns.

Performance & Collaboration

• Analyze which creatives and messages are performing best across ad platforms.
• Brainstorm new visual and messaging angles based on audience feedback and performance data.
• Communicate effectively with the Ads Manager (to ensure ad relevance and CTR optimization) and Web Developer (for visual alignment and UX consistency).
• Ensure all creative output reflects brand standards, emotional resonance, and visual cohesion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, creative design, or content strategy.
• Proven experience creating high-converting digital ads (Meta, TikTok, or YouTube).
• Exceptional copywriting skills — able to write persuasive, empathetic, and concise copy that drives action.
• Proficient in graphic and video tools such as:
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (or alternatives)
• Canva
• CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar for short-form videos
• Familiarity with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Sora, Runway, Pika, D-ID, etc.)
• Deep understanding of social media storytelling and platform-specific trends (especially TikTok).
• Familiarity with ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate) and how to iterate based on results.
• Strong grasp of brand psychology, color theory, and emotional visual design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to bridge creative and analytical teams.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

• Experience in health, wellness, or supplement brands.
• Familiarity with conversion funnels and customer journey mapping.
• Basic understanding of web UX/UI design or tools like Figma.
• SEO writing or blog content experience.
• Experience with email marketing design (Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
