Role Summary:

As an Airport Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for SIMPLAA at the airport, engaging with flying passengers to promote our premium airport transfer service. Your role is key to delivering a positive customer experience by confidently introducing the service, addressing inquiries, and providing helpful support. Through effective communication and a customer-first approach, you will help increase service adoption and reinforce SIMPLAA's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approach and engage departing passengers to introduce and promote SIMPLAA's airport transfer services.
  • Persuasively explain service benefits and assist passengers with booking or onboarding.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve complaints courteously and promptly.
  • Represent SIMPLAA professionally at all times within the airport environment.
  • Document and escalate customer feedback for service improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Educational Qualifications:

B.Sc., HND, or OND in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer engagement abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and calmness under pressure.
  • Basic digital literacy (e.g., use of booking platforms or mobile devices).
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Well-groomed, punctual, and presentable at all times.
