Business Development and Partnership Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development and Partnership Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Job Responsibilities: Assist in identifying, evaluating, and cultivating strategic partnership opportunities. Support the development and execution of business development strategies. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking. Prepare presentations, proposals, and other materials for partnership meetings. Manage and track partnership pipelines, agreements, and performance metrics. Collaborate cross -functionally to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations on potential growth opportunities. Assist in contract review and partnership due diligence processes. Requirements Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, or a related field. Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
