Job Summary:

Leads and supervises the entire power plant operation during the assigned shift, ensuring reliable and efficient power generation and compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all plant operations during the shift.
• Ensure continuous and safe operation of TG/Boiler units.
• Plan and execute operational strategies during normal and abnormal conditions.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for smooth plant performance.
• Approve switching and isolation procedures.
• Review shift logs, issue daily reports, and communicate critical issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Mentor and guide operational staff

Requirements

• HND or B.Eng/B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in electrical maintenance and operations within a power, mining, or heavy industrial plant.
• Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, motor control circuits, transformers, and troubleshooting of electrical faults during shifts.
