About Us

We are a business based in Lagos currently looking to hire a Social Media Manager to work in our office in Ikeja.

You will be required to have excellent communications and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a weekly/monthly social media content calendar

Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.

Manage social media accounts, monitor performance, and respond to messages

Design simple graphics, reels, and short videos to promote our services

Run targeted ads to reach families, clients, and potential candidates

Track KPIs and provide insights and growth strategies

Stay updated on social trends relevant to the industry sector and community support

Manage online reputation and maintain brand consistency

Requirements

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager

Strong content creation and copywriting skills

Ability to use social media tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok tools, etc.)

Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns

Excellent communication and creativity

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
