Job Title: Inventory Controller

Location: (Proximity to Ketu, Wawa, Akute, Arepo, Magboro, Mowe, Berger, Ogba, Opic, or Ibafo is mandatory)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring proper storage and timely replenishment of materials, and supporting smooth daily operations across the production and supply chain units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and record daily stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
  • Track incoming and outgoing inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all inventory items.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure timely material availability.
  • Investigate and report any discrepancies or damages in stock.
  • Implement inventory control procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support internal audits and assist with supplier documentation when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proximity: Must reside in or near Ketu, Wawa, Akute, Arepo, Magboro, Mowe, Berger, Ogba, Opic, or Ibafo.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, storekeeping, or warehouse management.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
