Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, implement, and monitor marketing strategies to increase online presence and drive customer engagement. Key responsibilities include managing social media channels, leading digital campaigns to generate leads, analyzing website traffic, and identifying optimization opportunities through web analytics. The role involves working closely with various teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and managing campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Expertise in Lead Generation and Digital Marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition
  • Strong understanding of Web Analytics tools to measure and optimize performance
  • Broad experience in Marketing, including planning and executing campaigns
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to new trends in digital marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the education or technology sector is a plus
