We are driven by the vision to make property ownership seamless and accessible while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.As we expand our operations, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team.Job Summary4th Man HR is looking to hire a parttime accountant for our client Genade Homes who will oversee all financial transactions, manage company budgets, prepare accurate financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in real estate or a related sector.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate financial records and ledgers.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.Handle bank reconciliations and ensure proper documentation of transactions.Manage accounts payable and receivable.Prepare and file tax returns and liaise with tax authorities when necessary.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Support management with financial analysis for decision-making.Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and efficiency.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.ICAN or ACCA certification (or in view) is an advantage.2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficiency in accounting softwareExcellent Excel and data analysis skills.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Integrity and a strong sense of accountability.How to ApplyInterested candidates should send their CV and a brief cover letter to with the subject line "Accountant – Genade Homes".
