Role Overview

The Sales Manager will oversee the sales department, manage and train the sales team, develop new business opportunities along with the Marketing Head, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets. You will be responsible for turning prospects into proud homeowners through strategy, leadership, and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies and lead conversion systems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and agents.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and competitive positioning.
  • Supervise client meetings, site inspections, and property presentations.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular training, and prepare weekly sales reports.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to handover.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in real estate, construction, or investment firms.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of property market trends in Abuja.
  • Experience using CRM tools and digital lead tracking systems.
  • Confident, persuasive, and results-oriented personality.
