About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced fashion business. The ideal candidate will understand the unique demands of the fashion industry, including client management, inventory coordination, staff supervision, and overall administrative efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the office and fashion showroom/workshop.

  • Manage administrative functions including scheduling, correspondence, reporting, and record-keeping.

  • Coordinate with designers, production staff, and sales teams to meet deadlines.

  • Supervise staff performance, attendance, and adherence to company policies.

  • Maintain vendor relationships, handle procurement, and manage inventory.

  • Respond to client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure top-notch customer service.

  • Prepare and present operational and financial reports to management.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.

  • Support management in planning and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • 4-6 years proven experience as an Office Manager, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle businesses.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.

  • Ability to manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and improve operational efficiency.

  • A flair for fashion and understanding of industry workflows is a strong advantage.
