We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Maintenance Technician to join our hotel's engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all air conditioning systems within the property are functioning efficiently, providing comfort to our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of all hotel air conditioning units (split, central, and VRF systems).
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in AC systems and resolve them promptly.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
  • Respond quickly to guest or staff complaints regarding room temperature or AC performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance staff to support overall building operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an AC Technician, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant technical certification or diploma in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering.
