Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Assistant located in Lagos. The Technical Assistant will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting with customer service inquiries, and performing analytical tasks. The role also requires effective communication with clients and team members to ensure prompt and accurate support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and discretion.
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn fast.
  • Resides close to Ojodu.
  • Owns a laptop.
