HR/Administrative Office Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR/Administrative Office Manager to oversee our human resources functions and administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth office operations, and maintaining compliance with Nigerian labour laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processing
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, pension regulations, and tax requirements
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR database
  • Manage staff leave administration and attendance tracking
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Supervise administrative staff and support team coordination
  • Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for management
  • Manage company correspondence, filing systems, and documentation
  • Prepare monthly HR/administrative reports

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-5 years relevant HR and administrative experience
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
  • CIPM Certification - Student Member, Graduate Member, or Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (actively pursuing certification is acceptable).
  • Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
