You will play a critical role in supporting our Human Resources department in various administrative tasks, functions and contribute to the overall efficiency of the HR department.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for designated clients, provide expert guidance and advice, build strong relationships and understand their unique HR needs and challenges.Manage and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions for clients receiving outsourced HR services, ensuring all client -specific HR needs are effectively delivered in line with agreed service standards.Oversee end to end recruitment process by coordinating job postings, talent sourcing and screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and preparing necessary documentation.Assist clients in developing HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with their business objectives and industry best practices.Oversee learning and development initiatives, monitor training needs analysis, participation, etc, and improve team capacity development when neededServe as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, employee concerns, disputes or conflicts and escalate issues to higher management when necessary.Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, advising clients on HR compliance requirements and best practices.Prepare regular HR reports and metrics as well as utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in HR programs and processes.​Design and implement performance management systems and processes to drive employee engagement, development, and accountability.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, CIPM certification is an added advantageMinimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.
